I.C.E. is a game of high stakes, razor-thin margins of error, and cinematic confluences of skill and luck. It can be in any setting and any genre.

Use previously made characters or create new ones. Slot I.C.E. into a longer campaign in another system if you like. It is a GM-less game, so everyone controls a character and also helps build the narrative and the world around the PCs.
